Have you been missing Dana’s Fit Classes during our lock down? Dana has you covered. She has brought her classes to Zoom. She waiting to help you stay fit as you stay safe.
Her classes run Mon-Saturday (no classes Sunday) at 10 am.
These classes are all standing except Tuesday is a chair class. There is no jumping. We do not get on the ground until stretch time at the end and most can be done on a couch or chair, you can also do your own stretches during this time. Total class is about 40 minutes and is free.
