Staying fit both mentally and physically is a need that we all have. From stretching our muscles to strengthening our minds.

This 30 minute chair yoga sequence is the latest video released by therapists in the Toronto Rehab Brain and Spinal Cord LEAP (Living Engaged and Actively with Pain) Service

We hope that this video will help those missing their chair yoga classes to stay fit and stay healthy.
