Some day we just need a quick moment to relax a little bit and for some especially now with the sequestering being lifted and we start to move forward it can be a bit overwhelming. This video from the Chronic Pain Service, Toronto Rehab, Rumsey Centre, part of UHN, is a 4 minute meditation to help create that Breathing Space we may need. Whether it is for first thing in the morning to help motivate you; last thing at night to help relax you or anywhere in between to help reduce anxiety, we always need a moment to take a bit of Breathing Space.
