Today’s Tai Chi instruction will be with Helen Liang. In this 15 minute video Helen bring an authentic form of Tai Chi to help your a line your Chi while stretching out your muscles. The traditional music in the background helps one relax during your session.

Helen Liang is a Canadian Medal winning Master who has been practising Tia Chi since she was a child and has been instructing since she was 15. She has been featured in many magazines and television Programs.
