Exciting News!! WAAC is poised to reopen select activities for the month of October, 2020!!
Starting next week, we will be offering “Functional Balance & Strength” with Fran Betts at Trinity United Church on Monday’s at 2:30 p.m., “Circuit” with Dianne Matak on Tuesday’s at 8:45 a.m. at WAAC, “Essentrics” with Jeanette Matak on Tuesday’s at Trinity United Church at 10:30 a.m., “Chair Yoga” with Sandra Maltby-Mills on Tuesday’s at Trinity United Church at 1:00 p.m.and “Pilates” with Dianne Matak on Wednesday’s and Friday’s at 8:45 a.m. at WAAC!
Due to government regulations, numbers are limited for each activity. Classes must have a minimum of 8 participants to run. Reservations and pre-payment for classes is required. Reservations also required for Pool and Fitness Room use.
