The Wonders of Nature Around Us~~Part 16

Who doesn’t like a walk in the woods on a cool fall day. In the crisp air with the crunching of the leaves under your feet there is such peace and tranquility to be had. Some call this Forest Bathing because you soak in the beauty and reconnect with nature. Today a member has shared a walk in a special protected woodland called Wallaceburg Sycamore Woods. While it not open for regular public use, there are times through out the year when the stewards the Sydenham Field Naturalist host tours. Today it is our honour to share a virtual walk in the woods. We hope you enjoy the beauty of this old and rare woodland.

Please feel free to share your adventures because we are always looking for new perspectives of our local wonders. If you have some that you like to share please send us a message for more details because everyone’s perspective is beautiful.
