Mini Session Update

The following classes still have spots available for Registration:

  • Chair Yoga with Sandra Maltby-Mills on Mondays from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at Trinity United Church
  • Functional Strength & Balance with Fran Betts on Mondays from 2:30-3:30 p.m. at Trinity United Church
  • Circuit with Dianne Matak on Tuesdays from 8:45-9:45 a.m. at the Centre
  • Chair Yoga with Sandra Maltby-Mills on Wednesdays from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at Trinity United Church

Registration has now opened up for non-members as well. Please contact the Centre for further information 519-627-6224 or srcentre@kent.net
