Happy New Year. As we begin another new year, we embark on new beginnings with fresh starts and goal. We welcome you into this new year as our door will open on January 6th with a crisp, renewed look downstairs.
If you have not purchased your 2020 membership now is a great time to do it, especially if you are going to accomplish your fitness goals. We have many great exercise classes and an excellent exercise room to aid you in achieving your success.
Due to our Tech-101 workshop for January 11th popularity, we have create another workshop date, January 18th to accommodate all those who have registered. If you are looking for answers about the new devices your received this Christmas and/or need to understand the computer terms and jargon you heard around the Christmas dinner table we still have a few spots open so come on in and register. $5 for members and $10 for non members. (payment is required upon Registration).
