Do you want to feel better and more energetic, improve your health, and enjoy time with friends? If so, then you may want to put on your dancing shoes! Dance offers so many health benefits, like improved balance and coordination. It reduces stress and anxiety and is a great cardiovascular workout, while allowing you to be creative and young at heart!

Line Dancing

Line dancing is a great form of exercise for the older adult community to improve strength and muscle function, increase balance and flexibility as well as improve cardiovascular and heart health. Everyone benefits from exercise and line dancing is so much fun, it doesn’t seem like exercise. Videos of the steps will be emailed to participants so you can practice between classes (if you want to – no pressure!).  Join us for a toe-tapping good time!

Please note that a new dance will be taught each week. We will also be reviewing dances taught in previous classes each week, as well as a dance or two that is taught across several weeks. If you miss a class, you can come a few minutes early to catch up.
