Line dancing is a great form of exercise for the older adult community to improve strength and muscle function, increase balance and flexibility as well as improve cardiovascular and heart health. Everyone benefits from exercise and line dancing is so much fun, it doesn’t seem like exercise. Videos of the steps will be emailed to participants so you can practice between classes (if you want to – no pressure!). Join us for a toe-tapping good time!
