If you still want to get a great workout in, but classes aren’t your thing, we have 2 rooms of exercise equipment to help you tone and strengthen your body. Hop on a treadmill, bike or elliptical for 20 minutes to get your heart rate up, use our weight machine to maintain (or build) your muscles.
If we do not have any exercise classes running, you are also free to use the large fitness room and our Fitness Steps, Free Weights, Kettle Bells, Yoga Mats, etc.
