We have few social sporting activities that you may enjoy. Don’t fret if you have never played before, it always nice to learn something new and there is always someone willing to teach.
Pickle ball is a fast-growing sport in North America. Pickle ball is a paddle-ball sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis. It is a unique, fun, way to help burn fat and calories while building muscles and giving a cardio work out. While Pickleball can be competitive, we emphasize the social aspect of the sport and welcome participants at all levels of play.
Date and Time: Wednesdays 10:00 am to 1:00pm or Thursdays 1:00-4:00 pm

A game of pool is a very social sport, that help keep your mind active and your body flexible. It helps improve balance and control, tones muscles, and keeps your brain sharp. Plus it’s a great way to spend time with friends!

Wii games are known to help keep you fit while having fun in a low impact style. We start with Wii Bowling and then if the group desires move to other Wii Games like golf and baseball. We have a great time and tons laughs while enjoying social atmosphere . It helps keep us fit in body, mind, and soul. It is a great way to beat the winter cabin fever or the summer heat. Come out, join in, and try to beat your best score.
