Exercise at the Sink

While Staying home to stay safe, we are looking for different opportunities to get some exercise in. Here are some wonderful unique way of stretching our muscles with seven activities for seniors to improve balance, strength and flexibility.

These seven activities from the Strategies and Actions for Independent Living (SAIL) Program developed by the British Columbia Injury Research and Prevention Unit are brought to you by the Chatham-Kent Falls Prevention Coalition.
