Technology and You

Technology and You – A Guide to Learning How to Use Your Tablet to Stay Connected in Today’s Digital World

Thanks to a grant from the Government of Ontario, the WAAC was able to write and publish a book that walks older adults (and anyone really!) through how to use a tablet or iPad and a variety of online tools, such as social media usage, shopping, banking, etc., as well as tips to keep safe in an online space. While this book is written for tablets and iPads, most of the information is similar for other forms of technology (such as smartphones).
