Help us inform our physical literacy project

‘Physical literacy’ means our capacity for a healthy, active lifestyle. The term was first used to describe how kids learn to move and take part in physical activity. Now we use the term to talk about adults as well – how we learn to get more active and stay that way as we age.

Active Aging Canada is planning a project called PLAY65+ with funding from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research Institute of Aging. We are using recent research to develop resources on physical literacy for older adults. This survey will help us to make sure that the new resources meet the needs of older adults and those who work with them.

This survey is confidential and only takes about 5-7 minutes.
