Looking for a way to relax, become more flexible and help those aches and pains that seem to creep up on us. Are you looking for classes that bring your mind and body in harmony then one pr two of these classes maybe just the activity you are looking for. Our instructors are able to help you whether you are a beginner or a pro.
For the low cost of $2 a member and $5 non-members you will feel like you never felt before. Unsure if you will like it, why not give it a try. The first class is always free.

chair yoga Chair Yoga:

Level: Beginners and all abilities welcome, options and alternatives provided, encouraged to work at appropriate level

Description of the class:

All abilities are welcome. This class includes both sitting and standing with your chair. Gentle stretching, strengthening and breathing practices are introduced. We explore and learn about the power of our mind/body connection and the healing powers of mindfulness. You are guaranteed to be deeply relaxed when you finish.

Participants practice in silence. Mats, straps, bolsters are all available in studio.

Description of the class:

For those who can’t get on the floor to do a traditional mat yoga class, chair yoga offers wonderful health benefits. The chair replaces the yoga mat and becomes an extension of your body allowing you to take full advantage of yoga’s amazing fitness and health potential.
