WAAC directors have contacted Badder bus and talked with the owner. The bus line is shut down and they have laid off all their (400) employees. They cannot issue refunds until they get back up and running as their accounting department was part of the mass layoff. At present there is no time line for them reopening.
WAAC is prepared to reimburse members for the Shen Yun portion of cost at this time and await and hope for this other refund to the centre when the situation normalizes. Shen Yun ticket refund is being processed and when funds clear the banking system, ticket holders will be reimbursed.
