Reserve your spot by calling 519-627-6224, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm or by emailing wallaceburgaac@gmail.com. Tickets are sold on a first come, first serve basis.
Down payment of $50 due within 3 days of booking. If deposit is not paid within 3 days, your reservation will be canceled. As per the WAAC Bus Trip Policy (Policy 2-11), all trip deposits are non-refundable unless the trip is canceled. The non-refundable deposit will be considered a donation to the Centre.
Balance due by June 16th. If the balance is not paid by this date, your reservation will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.
If you are unable to attend the bus trip after the time of ticket purchase, please let the Administrative Coordinator or the Program Assistant know as soon as possible so they can attempt to resell your ticket. However, we cannot guarantee that your ticket can be sold.
Itinerary
All times on the itinerary are approximate, with the exception of departure time and show start time.
The bus will be leaving Wallaceburg on time. Please come at least 20 minutes early to ensure we are able to depart on time. Water will be available on the bus.
Upon arrival, there is approximately two and a half hours to explore the shops, restaurants, and other attractions near the theatre.
Lunch is the responsibility of participants. The WAAC will not be providing a midday meal.
WAAC has arranged for the entire group to attend dinner at the Queen’s Inn, catered by The Boar’s Head Pub.
Accommodations of Special Needs
Any health, ambulatory, or dietary needs requiring special attention must be reported at the time of booking. Reasonable attempts will be made to accommodate the special needs of trip members, however we cannot guarantee the level of accommodation by private venues. If you have special dietary restrictions, please let us know at time of booking.
