Tuesday’s from 8:45-9:45 a.m. Circuit with Dianne Matak at the Centre;
Tuesday’s from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Essentrics with Jeannette Matak at Trinity United Church;
Tuesday’s from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Chair Yoga with Sandra Malby-Mills at Trinity United Church;
Wednesday’s from 8:45-9:45 a.m. Pilates with Dianne Matak at the Centre; and
Friday’s from 8:45-9:45 a.m. Pilates with Dianne Matak at the Centre
