At the Wallaceburg Adult Activity Centre (Senior Citizens Club) the saying, “Time flies when you are having fun” was definitely true between their Pearl (30th) and Ruby (40th) Anniversary. Each day, each month and each year the centre was filled with fun and friendship. Their long and short term programs, activities and events filled the centre with laughter and singing. The Silver Thread Choir’s sweet harmony resonates joy within the walls. Whether they played within the building or at one of the Centre’s community events, everyone enjoyed their love and passion for singing.
There was always a program, activity or event for everyone including pool, dinners, senior fairs, Christmas parties. Even when time flew the Centre remained a constant in the community.
